Silkman Wine Lunch at Dionysia, Gosford
We're taking Silkman on the road.
On Saturday 21 November, Liz Silkman is hosting a long lunch at Dionysia Wine House & Restaurant on Mann Street, Gosford. It's one afternoon only, with just 25 seats at the table.
Lunch runs from 12pm to 3pm and starts with bubbles on arrival. From there, the Dionysia kitchen will send out three courses in a high tea style. Think plates made for sharing, passed down the table, with plenty of reasons to reach for the next glass.
Six Silkman wines will be poured across the afternoon, each matched to the food. Liz will be at the table to talk through each wine, how it was made and why it's on the menu. It's a rare chance to hear it straight from the winemaker over a relaxed lunch.
