Terms and conditions
- The promoter is Silkman Wines (ABN 70 161 762 750), PO Box 387, Cessnock NSW 2325 (the Promoter).
- The promotion opens on Friday 16 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 29 November 2026 (the Promotion Period).
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, the prize suppliers and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- During the Promotion Period, each of the following is one entry: (a) each purchase made at silkmanwines.com.au; and (b) joining the Silkman Wines mailing list, either online or at a Silkman Wines event. The more you shop, the more chances you have to win. Entrants must provide a valid name and email address.
- There is one prize, as described on this page, valued at $2,200 (including GST). Prize value is correct at the time of publication.
- The accommodation is for two nights in a two-bedroom villa at Avani Well Hunter Valley for up to four adults. The prize is valid in 2027 for Sunday to Thursday night stays only. Blockout dates apply. The prize is not available during public or school holidays. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Travel to and from the Hunter Valley, meals not listed, and any other costs are the winner's responsibility.
- The winner and every guest must be aged 18 years or over. Wine and the tasting will only be provided to people aged 18 or over, and service is subject to responsible service of alcohol laws.
- The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If any part of the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable laws.
- The winner will be drawn at random on Monday 30 November 2026 at 600 McDonalds Road, Pokolbin NSW.
- The winner will be notified by email and phone within two business days of the draw. The winner's name and state will be published on silkmanwines.com.au and the Silkman Wines Instagram account from 9am AEDT on Tuesday 1 December 2026.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize by 5pm AEDT on Monday 14 December 2026, a redraw will take place at 9am AEDT on Tuesday 15 December 2026 at the same location.
- Entrant information is collected by the Promoter to run this promotion and is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Entrants who join the mailing list will receive marketing emails from Silkman Wines and can unsubscribe at any time.
